Thank you for choosing our record store. To ensure your precious vinyl records are delivered safely and smoothly, please read the following shipping instructions and related statements carefully. By placing an order, you are deemed to have agreed to all the terms below.
1. Packaging Standards
All vinyl records are packaged with professional anti-collision and shock-proof materials to minimize the risk of damage during transportation. We use thick cardboard boxes, bubble wrap, and record sleeves to wrap each record individually, ensuring that the cover, vinyl surface, and accompanying accessories (such as booklets, posters) are well-protected. However, due to the fragility of vinyl records, slight wear on the packaging (such as minor creases on the outer box) that does not affect the internal records is not considered a quality issue and will not be accepted for return or exchange.
2. Shipping Scope and Time
We provide shipping services to most regions at home and abroad. The specific shipping time depends on the destination and the chosen logistics carrier. Generally, domestic orders will be shipped within 1-3 working days after payment is confirmed, and the delivery time is 3-17 working days; international orders will be shipped within 3-5 working days, and the delivery time is 7-25 working days (subject to customs clearance and logistics conditions in the destination country/region).
Please note that shipping may be delayed due to holidays, natural disasters, customs inspections, or other force majeure factors. We will promptly notify you of any delays and update the logistics information in a timely manner.
3. Logistics Tracking
After your order is shipped, we will send you a logistics tracking number via email or the order notification system. You can track the real-time transportation status of your package through the official website of the logistics carrier. If you do not receive the tracking information within 24 hours after the order is shipped, please contact our customer service in time for inquiry.
4. Damage and Loss Handling
If the package is damaged, the record is scratched, broken, or lost during transportation, please take photos/videos of the outer packaging, the damaged record, and the logistics label within 48 hours after receiving the package, and contact our customer service to apply for after-sales processing. We will verify the situation with the logistics carrier and provide you with solutions such as return, exchange, or compensation according to the degree of damage.
If you fail to contact us within the specified time or cannot provide valid proof of damage/loss, we will not be able to provide after-sales support. For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and other fees incurred in the destination country/region are borne by the buyer, and we are not responsible for any delays or losses caused by customs clearance issues.
5. Special Notes
- For limited-edition, out-of-print, or signed records, we will take extra packaging protection, but we cannot guarantee that there will be no slight defects (such as minor color differences on the cover, slight scratches on the edge of the vinyl) caused by the production process or transportation. Please confirm before purchasing.
- If you have special requirements for packaging or shipping (such as urgent delivery, additional insurance), please contact our customer service in advance to confirm the related fees and arrangements.
